Essential Skill
- Prior hands-on experience of construction and finishing of a multi-storey office building of minimum 20m height and 50,000 sqft area
- Required minimum 5 years of experience with at least 1 year in MEP, finishing etc.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, including knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills, as required for the job role

Role/Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor execution of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings for coordination and execution purposes.
- Conduct inspection of ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely project progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed on-site.
- Support project planning, material management, and work scheduling activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
