<ul><li>Coordinate and manage MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV) for interior fit-out projects</li><li>Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and layouts in coordination with interior design and architectural teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE authorities and regulations (DEWA / ADDC / SEWA, Dubai Municipality, DCD, Estidama where applicable)</li><li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authority inspectors for approvals and site inspections</li><li>Supervise on-site MEP installation to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings</li><li>Resolve MEP coordination and clash issues.</li><li>2-3 Years of Experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
