Job Summary

Afita Construction is seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and quality control as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute MEP works at project sites in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project timelines.
• Monitor subcontractors and vendors for MEP-related works and materials.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and assist in project documentation.
• Resolve site-related technical issues related to MEP works.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP works within construction projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on projects similar to Afita Construction’s scope is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Familiarity with site execution, quality checks, and contractor coordination.

As per project site requirements.
