MEP Engineer (8+ Years UAE Experience Required)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure MEP works are executed in accordance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Handle material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
• Assist in project planning, cost control, and value engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in construction companies (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes in the UAE.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
