MEP Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to oversee MEP installation activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards on site. The role involves supervising contractors, managing resources, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor MEP installation works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans.
Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation related to MEP works.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP systems.
Monitor MEP material usage and ensure timely availability of equipment and resources.
Inspect and test MEP materials, equipment, and workmanship for quality control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in resolving unexpected technical difficulties related to MEP systems.
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control for MEP activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) as an MEP Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Skills Required
Technical knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MEP site safety and quality control procedures.
Ability to interpret MEP technical drawings and specifications.
Effective teamwork and stakeholder coordination.
