Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand project specifications, drawings, and BOQ for MEP systems related to swimming pools and water features.
  • Plan and supervise MEP activities including pumps, filtration systems, lighting, piping, water circulation, and control systems.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, main contractors, and other project disciplines to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations for mechanical and electrical works.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of pool filtration systems, dosing systems, lighting, and associated control panels.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Identify design or site issues and propose cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Prepare progress reports, inspection requests (IR), and maintain updated project documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for timely material delivery and technical support.
  • Support the project team during handover by providing as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test certificates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • With at least 3 years experience in swimming pool and water feature projects.
