MEP Engineer

About the Role

Synthronix Automation LLC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our engineering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, execution, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain engineering documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings and operation & maintenance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in MEP engineering within the UAE or GCC is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other MEP design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international engineering standards is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage but not mandatory.
