MEP Engineer Construction

We are looking for an experienced MEP engineer for construction, fit-out and rennovation projects. The ideal candidate should have

• Excellent grasp on electrical, plumbing and hvac concepts.
• Knowledgable of DEWA regulations and guidelines.
• Have experience in managing MEP for multiple construction projects
• Can use AutoCAD, revit and word processing programs to create MEP plans and drawings
• Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
• Overseeing the work of the electricians and sub-contractors and ensuring adherence to the project schedule and DEWA regulation
• Coordinating on-site work with civil team and MEP team.
• Inspecting, analyzing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
• Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan and QA/QC.
• Candidates with experience in solar system installation or smart home automation will be preferred.
