Job Description:  

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer (MEP) with a strong background in installation and maintenance of ELV systems, particularly within shopping malls, residential, and commercial buildings in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and execute installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

· Review technical designs, shop drawings, and method statements.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE regulations.

· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

· Prepare daily progress reports and resolve any technical issues on-site.

· Oversee and manage maintenance activities of ELV systems post-handover.

Systems Knowledge & Experience Required:

· Telephone & Data Systems

· CCTV Surveillance Systems

· Building Management System (BMS)

· Audio & Video Intercom Systems

· Lighting Control Systems

· Central Monitoring Systems

· Fire Alarm & Emergency Systems

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with ELV system installation & maintenance.

· Total Experience: 6–8  years in the Electrical/MEP domain.

· Proven track record in Gulf region projects is a must.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

· Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
