MEP Engineer – Swimming Pool Systems Specialist

• Design and review MEP systems specific to swimming pools, including circulation pumps, filtration systems, heating/cooling units, chlorination/sanitation equipment, and pool lighting.
• Perform load calculations, pipe sizing, pump head calculations, and electrical planning related to pool systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Supervise MEP installation works on-site and ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams for smooth integration of pool systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plumbing lines, pumps, valves, control panels, and electrical safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international pool safety standards (e.g., ANSI/APSP/ICC, NFPA), and energy efficiency guidelines.
• Assist in procurement of equipment and materials by preparing technical specifications and vendor evaluations.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and handover to operations/maintenance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 2 years focused on swimming pool systems.
• Strong knowledge of pool water circulation, filtration, chemical dosing, heat pumps, and lighting systems.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
