MEP Estimater

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the fit-out industry and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works based on project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for pricing and technical inputs
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Review tender documents and prepare competitive bids
• Maintain updated records of cost estimates and project data

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2 4 years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably in the fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of complete MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.)
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
