Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-focused MEP Estimator with solid UAE experience to join our team immediately. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works on fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering proposals
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of MEP estimation experience in the UAE
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local market rates
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability to join
