MEP Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Executive with hands-on experience in real estate/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC) at site
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution
• Ensure MEP work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor contractors, vendors, and labor for MEP-related activities
• Check material quality, quantities, and proper installation at site
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update seniors
• Attend site meetings and resolve MEP-related technical issues
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil (MEP-related) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP works at real estate or construction projects
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
