Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MEP / Facilities Management Technician to perform maintenance, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems across residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings managed by our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection and servicing of MEP systems: HVAC (air-conditioning, chillers, ducting, AC units), electrical systems (lighting, wiring, panels, DB boards), plumbing (pipes, leaks, water supply, drainage, fixtures) and general building services. • Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and scheduled maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and ensure reliability and safety of building systems. Wizbii.com+1

Requirements / Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Full-time position. Maintenance rounds, emergency call-outs may require off-hours or weekend availability (on rotation).
• Travel between multiple properties / sites may be required.
• On-site maintenance tasks involving physical work (lifting, climbing, carrying tools / equipment).
• Use of company-provided tools, PPE (personal protective equipment), and adherence to safety guidelines.

Reporting & Coordination

• Report to Facility / Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, vendors, and facilities administration / operations team.
• Maintain maintenance logs, submit reports for work done / parts replaced / pending tasks, and update supervisors.
