MEP FOREMAN

Job Title: MEP Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on MEP Foreman to oversee and coordinate site activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of projects, proper resource utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP construction activities in line with project drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Lead and manage site technicians and labor teams to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and control the use of materials and manpower to minimize waste and downtime
• Oversee installation works including LV electrical systems, lighting, fire alarm & voice evacuation, PA/BGM, BMS, structured cabling, telephone/data systems, emergency lighting, MATV, security systems, earthing, and lightning protection
• Coordinate daily site operations with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct routine inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate daily reports, including timesheets, work progress, and material usage
• Ensure proper maintenance and minor repair of equipment when required
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Attend and respond to emergency maintenance or site issues, including after working hours if required
• Execute work orders and maintain records of labor, materials, and completed tasks
• Support site operations by performing additional duties as required to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in MEP construction or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installations, and site practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• UAE Driving License
