MEP FOREMAN

Job Title: MEP Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Foreman to lead and coordinate on-site activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The role requires hands-on supervision, efficient resource management, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out MEP works in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Lead and manage technicians and labor teams to ensure high productivity and efficient workflow
• Monitor and control material usage and manpower to reduce waste and avoid delays
• Oversee installation of systems including LV electrical, lighting, fire alarm & voice evacuation, PA/BGM, BMS, structured cabling, telephone/data, emergency lighting, MATV, security systems, earthing, and lightning protection
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate daily reports covering progress, labor, and material usage
• Ensure proper maintenance and minor repair of tools and equipment when needed
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE
• Respond to emergency site issues or maintenance requirements, including after working hours when necessary
• Execute work orders and maintain detailed records of completed tasks
• Assist with additional site duties as required to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in MEP construction or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installations, and site practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in pipe fitting and DB dressing
• Capability to handle full MEP scope on-site
• Valid UAE driving license
