MEP FOREMAN

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated MEP Foreman to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE or GCC projects and be capable of handling site activities independently with minimum supervision. We are seeking a proactive and advanced-thinking professional who can make decisions that support the company’s goals and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum several years of experience as an MEP Foreman in UAE or GCC countries
• Experience in airport projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP site execution, coordination and supervision
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility on site
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills with workers, engineers and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of site procedures, safety regulations and project requirements
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain project progress
• Must be organized, responsible and result-oriented

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure work is completed according to project standards and schedules
• Monitor safety procedures and proper site practices
• Report project updates and site issues to management
• Maintain productivity and quality of work on site

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
