Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Foreman to supervise electrical, plumbing and hvac works for villa and commercial renovation projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing site teams and ensuring all MEP works meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electric, plumbing and hvac site works for renovation and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all installations (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical) are completed as per approved drawings.
• Inspect and monitor quality, safety, and progress at site.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily reporting to the project engineer.
• Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in renovation or fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and renovation details.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
• Leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.
