
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance activities across the 3 branches and any future branches.
- Manage and facilitate all branch facility operations and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Handle purchasing and procurement of maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and purchasing requirements.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and control costs effectively.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed on time and according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Support branch operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
- Assist in setting up and supporting maintenance and facility requirements for new branches in the future.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, repairs, and operations.
- Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and priorities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Very good computer and reporting knowledge.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Very Good English skills.
- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- OSHA Certification
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Fire Safety / Fire Warden Training
- Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation Training
