Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance activities across the 3 branches and any future branches.
  • Manage and facilitate all branch facility operations and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Handle purchasing and procurement of maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and purchasing requirements.
  • Monitor maintenance expenses and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure maintenance work is completed on time and according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
  • Support branch operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
  • Assist in setting up and supporting maintenance and facility requirements for new branches in the future.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, repairs, and operations.
  • Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and priorities.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Very good computer and reporting knowledge.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Very Good English skills.
  • NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • OSHA Certification
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Fire Safety / Fire Warden Training
  • Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation Training
