MEP Inspector

Job Title: MEP Inspector
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Inspector to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Check and verify materials, equipment, and workmanship against project requirements.
• Prepare daily site inspection reports and highlight non-conformities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulations are being followed during MEP activities.
• Support the handover process through inspections, snag lists, and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in MEP inspection, supervision, or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in reviewing drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on large-scale projects (residential, HighRrise towers , commercial, Villas or infrastructure).
• Certification in QA/QC, safety, or relevant engineering fields is an advantage.
