Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
MEP Site Inspector
to join our Supervision Department. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in
high-rise tower projects
and possess strong knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The role requires a
UPDA-certified
professional with a valid
Qatar driving license
and
own vehicle
.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections of MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.

Monitor installation of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, HVAC, drainage, and plumbing systems.

Verify that materials, workmanship, and installations meet required project specifications.

Report any deviations, non-conformities, or delays to the Resident Engineer and follow up on corrective actions.

Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines to ensure proper sequencing and integration of MEP systems.

Maintain comprehensive site records including daily reports, inspection checklists, and site photographs.

Review and comment on MEP method statements and shop drawings.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and project QA/QC standards.

Attend site coordination and technical meetings as required.
Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Minimum
5 years of experience
in site supervision of MEP works, preferably in
high-rise tower construction
.

UPDA Certification
(Mechanical/Electrical) –
Mandatory

Valid Qatar Driving License

Strong understanding of MEP systems, local authority regulations, and international standards.

Experience working with A-Grade consultancy firms is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Proficient in MS Office and project documentation tools.
