Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

We’re seeking a MEP Manager with a strong field background in commercial construction and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. If you've worked on data center or mission-critical projects and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments, this is your opportunity to take the lead on transformative builds that matter.
Lead day-to-day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projects
Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and foremen to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution
Oversee installation of key systems: electrical distribution (medium/low voltage), HVAC, CRAC units, backup power, ductwork, and plumbing
Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance through regular inspections and effective problem-solving
Manage daily reporting and status updates to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field conflicts and maintain alignment with project objectives
Contribute to QA/QC, commissioning, and system energization planning and execution
7–10 years of field experience in construction, with 3–5 years specifically in MEP supervision
Hands-on knowledge of data centers or mission-critical environments (hyperscale, colocation, etc.) is strongly preferred
Technical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controls
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead field teams effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access active job site environments
Competitive Pay – Starting salary between $130,000–$140,000, depending on experience. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
