MEP Manager

§ Provide technical assistance to all projects.

§ Direct and manage project progress as per work schedule. Preparing project planning sessions Conducting site surveys

§ Preparation of weekly progress reports for the client and the team

§ Management of timely procurement and appointing subcontractors. Maintain and manage smooth working atmosphere between subcontractors on site

§ Ensuring projects meet deadlines

§ Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Management and supervision of document control Implementation quality control procedures

§ Manage multiple projects at a given time and ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and tools for site progress and to ensure timely completion

§ Management of the Lloyd design's site delivery team, including safety, logistics, protection, temp facilities and construction.

§ Correspondence with client and contractually safeguarding Lloyd Design's position in the project

§ Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

§ Managing large and diverse teams

§ All Other technical support and advice as required in general.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
