Lead and manage end-to-end MEP works for multiple commercial and mixed-use projects, from estimation and design review through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Oversee MEP commercial estimation, including BOQ preparation, cost planning, budgeting, tender evaluations, and value engineering proposals.
Coordinate and manage all MEP authority approvals and inspections, including DEWA, ADDC, DCD, Empower, DU/Etisalat, DDA, and other relevant local authorities.
Review MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and international standards.
Develop and implement procurement strategies, including vendor evaluation, material approvals, subcontractor selection, and contract administration.
Appoint, Manage, and monitor MEP subcontractors, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, schedule, safety, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, project managers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve technical and commercial issues.
Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising performance, quality, or authority compliance, and present proposals to clients/consultants.
Prepare and track project schedules, cash flow, cost control reports, variations, and claims related to MEP works.
Ensure effective site execution, quality control, testing & commissioning, snagging, and successful project handover including O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
Lead MEP teams on-site and in the office, providing technical guidance, performance management, and coordination across projects.
Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, company policies, and project-specific safety plans.
Support senior management with technical input, risk assessment, and strategic planning for ongoing and future projects
