MEP Manager

The MEP Manager oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of construction projects. The role ensures that building services are well-designed, coordinated, and executed according to safety codes, quality standards, and sustainability goals. They lead teams, manage design and execution, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant MEP systems across projects.

Location: Dubai South, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP teams across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee MEP design from concept to IFC stage, ensuring alignment with project intent and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement MEP strategies, workflows, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth delivery.
• Manage and review MEP models, documentation, and clash detection, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of MEP works.
• Stay updated on latest MEP technologies and drive innovation and process improvement.

Skills

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience from the client-side, ideally with real estate developers based in UAE.
• 15 years in MEP management (5+ years in leadership).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, UAE/GCC authority regulations, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in the region.
