Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across multiple building projects. The candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience dealing with consultants, subcontractors, and UAE authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full MEP scope (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) from design review to final commissioning.
• Manage and lead a team of MEP engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specs and authority regulations.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and government entities (DM, DEWA, DCD, Etihad Water, etc.).
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical/site issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handing over of MEP systems.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control across all MEP activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in MEP execution within UAE contracting companies.
• Proven track record of managing MEP works in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of UAE authority submission procedures and local codes (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP-related software (e.g. HAP, Dialux, Revit is a plus).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
