MEP Manager - Hospital Projects

Candidates should have previous experience the same field preferably in Qatar or GCC countries.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical, discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP (Hospital Projects), with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role.
• Candidate should have QID and ready to join as soon as possible

Short JD as mentioned below:

• oversees the planning, design, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with standards
• Coordinate all MEP activities from initiation through construction, testing, and final handover
• Manage the MEP Department team/Manpower
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure design intent and quality.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for compliance with drawings, quality, and schedules
• Manage budget, procurement, and materials to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure all MEP work adheres to local regulations, building codes, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural designs to prevent clashes.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
