Mechanical Engineer

Minimum of 5 years in the UAE projects.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Mechanical Engineer. The successful candidate will oversee all mechanical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that installations are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with international standards and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, DM, Civil Defense).

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with structural, architectural, and other disciplines to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of mechanical works.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare snag lists, and follow up on rectifications.
• Provide technical support to the project manager, construction teams, and client representatives.
• Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as-built records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
