MEP Mechanical Project Manager / Engineer

The Opportunity:

We are seeding a Project Manager with 5+ years of MEP consulting experience to join our Deerfield Beach team. This is a hands-on project management role with design responsibilities and ownership of projects from schematic design through construction administration. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design partners while guiding the technical design and project team

What You'll Do

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with accountability to clients and internal leadership
  • Lead coordination across MEP disciplines and with architectural and structural teams throughout the design process
  • Oversee production of construction documents using Revit/BIM workflows
  • Support engineering calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing across a range of building types
  • Support construction administration including site visits, RFI and submittal review, and punch list
  • Serve as a primary client and design partner contact, managing communication and expectations throughout each project
  • Contribute to internal QC processes and maintain working knowledge of applicable codes (FBC, NEC, NFPA, etc.)
  • Mentor junior staff and support team coordination as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 5 - 10+ years of experience in MEP consulting or building systems design and prior project management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with commercial, multifamily residential, institutional, or mixed-use project types
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills in a multi-discipline environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
