MEP Multi Technician

We are looking for an experienced MEP Multi Technician to join our facilities management team. The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The ideal candidate must be technically skilled, adaptable, and able to attend maintenance tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance of MEP systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, switches, breakers, control wiring, etc.
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance including fixing leaks, valves, sanitary fittings, pumps and drainage issues.
• Carry out servicing & repair of HVAC units, FCUs, AHUs, chilled water systems, package units, etc.
• Ensure safe operation of all mechanical & electrical systems in compliance with FM standards.
• Attend urgent breakdown calls and perform on-site rectification as needed.
• Record maintenance activities, fault findings, materials used, and report to Supervisor/Engineer.
• Assist with installation and testing of MEP equipment when required.
• Support other technicians in multi-trade tasks to ensure smooth FM operations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping in all work areas.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related trade.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in MEP/FM maintenance in UAE (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical and plumbing works.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams & equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment & safety procedures.
• Willing to work in shifts/on-call based on operational requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
