Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Planning Engineer to join our planning team. The role involves coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in line with overall project schedules, ensuring timely completion, and effective integration with civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for MEP works using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6/MS Project).

Coordinate MEP execution timelines with overall civil construction schedules.

Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications to identify scope, sequencing, and dependencies.

Track progress, highlight delays, and recommend recovery actions to meet project deadlines.

Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly updates for management.

Assist in resource planning (manpower, material, and equipment) for MEP activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements during planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

8–15 years of experience in MEP Planning within the Civil Construction industry (Residential/Commercial projects).

Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6/MS Project).

Strong understanding of MEP systems and integration with civil works.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
