MEP Planning Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Part-Time) to support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. The candidate should be capable of handling baseline programs, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline program using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Develop WBS for MEP and overall project activities
• Monitor site progress vs planned schedule
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Identify delays and suggest recovery plans
• Coordinate with project team for updates and planning inputs
• Track procurement and material delivery schedules
• Support EOT (Extension of Time) documentation if required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in UAE construction projects
• Experience in building projects (G+10and above preferred)
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Proficiency in: Primavera P6, MS Project & Excel

Preferred Profile

• Experience in MEP projects
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Available for part-time / flexible engagement

Scope of Engagement

• Part-time (weekly involvement as required)
• Suitable for freelance or project-based professionals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Experience:

• MEP Projects in Dubai: 5 years (Required)
