MEP PLANNING MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and locally available MEP Planning Manager to join our reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling MEP works across large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for MEP systems using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
