MEP Procurement Engineer

We are Urgently looking for a competent MEP Procurement Engineer. Candidate Must have 2- 4 years UAE Experience.

Job Description-

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify material and equipment requirements.
• Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) and obtain competitive quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of supplier offers in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Negotiate terms, prices, delivery schedules, and payment conditions to achieve the best value.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and site teams for material inspection and delivery management.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor database and develop new vendors when required.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor market trends, price changes, and availability of materials.
• Track procurement status reports and update project teams regularly.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, material discrepancies, or supplier performance.
