MEP Procurement Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Procurement Officer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining smooth coordination between suppliers and project teams.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.

• Compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and negotiate terms.

• Coordinate closely with estimation, site, and accounts teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials in compliance with project specifications.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of MEP procurement experience in the UAE (Mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and current market pricing.

• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management.
