MEP Project Engineer – Electrical Engineer

Experience Required:

4–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, specifically in MEP contracting companies, with hands-on expertise in electrical design, execution, site supervision, estimation, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review electrical systems as per project requirements and applicable standards.

Plan, execute, and supervise electrical works on-site ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimations for electrical works.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and manage project-related documentation including technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.

Ensure compliance with DEWA and other local authority regulations.

Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.

Monitor project progress and assist in preparing progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

4–5 years of hands-on UAE experience in MEP project execution and coordination.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design/estimation software.

Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and local authority procedures.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Joining:

Immediate or within 30 days (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
