MEP Project Manager

Must have UAE 10 years + experience.

Oversee and manage MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.

Manage and execute the full MEP project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints.

Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures.

Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets.

Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems.

Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.
