The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Senior / Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of large-scale construction projects — from planning and design coordination to execution and delivery — ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of MEP works across multiple high-value projects. • Coordinate design reviews, technical submittals, and approvals with consultants and clients. • Oversee MEP contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and project timelines. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare regular status and financial reports. • Lead coordination meetings between MEP, civil, architectural, and interior teams. • Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and health & safety policies. • Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE or GCC. • Proven experience in managing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainable design practices. • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). • PMP certification is a plus.
