MEP Project Manager

The MEP Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high‑rise tower projects. This role ensures that all MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all MEP activities across the project lifecycle.
• Review MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and monitor MEP project schedules, ensuring timely execution of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other building services.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).
• Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and documentation for management and consultants.
• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Oversee MEP cost control, variation claims, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper handover of MEP systems, including O&M manuals, as‑built drawings, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP management, with at least 5 years in high‑rise tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IPC, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing large‑scale MEP installations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MEP software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
