MEP Project Manager

Position: MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Project Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of MEP activities in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all MEP activities across assigned projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works from initiation to completion.
• Review contract documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost control strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
• Approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide technical and managerial guidance to the team.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and UAE safety standards.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, LV systems, and power distribution.
• Proven experience managing high-rise, commercial, or large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Familiar with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Excellent budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
