MEP Project Manager – Fit-Out Projects

We Are Hiring: MEP Project Manager – Fit-Out Projects | UAE

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all MEP activities for fit-out projects from initiation to final handover.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

· Review and manage MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.

· Ensure all materials comply with project specifications, approved standards, and authority requirements.

· Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure timely approvals, inspections, and NOCs.

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site progress.

· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and HSE requirements.

· Conduct progress meetings and prepare weekly/monthly management reports.

· Resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues effectively.

· Ensure successful project delivery within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings, material approvals, and authority approval processes.

· Good knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations and approval procedures.

· Strong leadership and project management skills.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
