MEP Projects Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage MEP, HVAC and Facilities Management (FM) projects. You will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP, HVAC systems and FM services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP, HVAC and FM projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installations.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide progress updates and resolve project issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP, HVAC, and FM projects.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
