We are urgently seeking an experienced MEP Projects Manager to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP works for warehouses, villas, and office building projects, with proven capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP activities across multiple construction sites.
• Oversee project progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical issues.
• Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Strong experience in warehouses, villas, and office building projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
