MEP Purchase Executive

• Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare comparison sheets for management approval
• Follow up with suppliers for material delivery and lead times
• Coordinate with site engineers and store team regarding material requirements
• Source MEP materials such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV items
• Maintain procurement records and supplier database
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
• Coordinate with accounts department regarding invoices and payments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in MEP procurement/purchasing
• Good knowledge of MEP materials and suppliers in UAE market
• Experience in preparing LPOs and comparison sheets
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
