MEP - Purchase Executive (Male)

Summary:

Manage the purchase of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials for high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Take material requirements from the MEP team.

Find suppliers, collect quotes, and compare prices.

Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.

Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.

Coordinate with site teams, stores, and vendors.

Maintain clear purchase records.

Ensure all materials meet project specifications.

Experience Required:

3–7 years in MEP purchasing for high-rise residential construction

Strong knowledge of MEP materials and market rates.

Good negotiation and coordination skills.
