MEP QS

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Document Control experience to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in GCC.
• Expertise in MEP quantity surveying and project cost control.
• Experience in document control and managing project documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Maintain and manage project documentation.
• Assist in tendering and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support senior management in reporting and project updates.
