MEP QS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) for all MEP components
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure effective cost control
• Evaluate site progress for interim payments
• Manage variations and handle commercial claims (time & cost impacts)
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and architects to resolve design issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and measurement standards (POMI, NRM, CESMM)
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
