MEP QS/Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Preparation of BOQ in CSI master format.
• Handle pricing and cost analysis for Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in tender preparation, cost comparison, and budget control.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Ensure estimates comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation or quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems
• Proficiency in Plan Swift is mandatory
• Proficiency in CCS Candy will be an added advantage.
• Experience in quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
