MEP Quantity Surveyor

AL GHURAIR MEP LLC (AGMEP) is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the MEP construction industry within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PlanSwift is essential. Working knowledge of CCS/Candy Software will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Tendering within MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Ability to prepare technical, commercial, and contractual documents required for tender submissions.
• Responsible for conducting enquiries and reviewing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive market prices.
• Skilled in analyzing variations based on revised drawings and specifications.
• Capable of verifying subcontractor claims and invoices for payment certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
