Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join our team working on large-scale residential and commercial developments. The successful candidate will have strong experience producing detailed MEP Revit models and coordinating building services information across complex projects.
This role will involve working closely with engineers, consultants, and design teams to deliver coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and HVAC models for major developments including apartment blocks, hotels, and large mixed-use schemes.
This is a full-time office-based role located in Piccadilly Circus, London. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop high-quality MEP Revit models and technical drawings
- Work closely with MEP engineers and project teams to support the delivery of large-scale developments
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other consultant information
- Ensure all drawings and models meet project specifications, BIM standards, and deadlines
- Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and technical problem solving
- Maintain and manage BIM workflows and Revit standards across projects
- Support project teams throughout design and construction stages
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience working with Revit specifically as a Revit Technician
- Strong experience producing MEP models on large residential, commercial, hotel, or mixed-use developments
- Excellent understanding of MEP services coordination and BIM workflows
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working within fast-paced project environments
